Manufacturing Capabilities
Components are manufactured from customers’ drawings using an extensive range of in-house machine tools and equipment. The choice of process will be determined by the nature of the product and the method that offers the best economic solution or speed of production. Production processes include:
- CNC milling; max. component size: 914mm x 381mm (36” x 15”)
- CNC turning; max. dia: 406mm (16”)
- CNC punch pressing; component size up to 102 x 204mm
- CNC routing; bed working area: 3099mm x 1537mm (122” x 60.5”)
- Photo-chemical machining (PCM); standard sheet 450mm x 300mm (18” x 12”)
- Conventional Press work; (up to 40 tonnes)
- Spot welding

Production quantities are from one-off prototyping to a large range of batch sizes either as a single delivery or according to a pre-determined schedule.
